ORGANOLEPTIC PROFILE: Soft rosé coloured wine with fuchsia reflections. Fresh and fruity captivating fragrances on the nose that remind of strawberry and pansy, but also of refined and persistent tropical fruits. The present alcoholic note is softened by a good mineral-based freshness which gives our rosé wine a good flavor and olfactory persistence. Thanks to its versatility this wine can be paired with cheese-based starters and cold cuts. It goes well with pasta main courses, perhaps seasoned with vegetables, or white-meat second courses or fish such asprawns or swordfish. To be served at the temperature of 12 °C.
