erlinghieri Chardonnay is the only Dilegami white wine made from the famous international grape.

The grapes harvested in the first half of August are aged for a long time on the lees, as to give the wine a complex profile, capable of evolving over time.

A white wine with refined notes of fruit and vanilla that, while recalling the style of the Burgundian cousins, it’s an elegant representation of the territory from which it comes.

Perfect to be served in combination with medium-complex preparations based on fish and white meats.
