Berlinghieri Grillo

Berlinghieri Grillo takes its name from the homonymous contrada where the vines – planted at about 250 meters above sea level – complete their production cycle in a territory capable of incorporating good quantities of water and giving heat to the plants.

The grapes reach an ideal ripeness and are rich in extractive substances, which give Grillo intense aromas of citrus and tropical fruit.

Our grillo is a white wine that embodies all the characteristics of the territory from which it comes: bright and fresh, it expresses its potential even more than a year after the harvest. It is the ideal companion for preparations based on fish, shellfish, white meats and medium-structured cheeses.
